Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:Basically ok, but why this hotel charged us $150 at checkin and supposed to be refunded at checkout. We paid the other expenses at checkout. Now we have been waiting for 1 week, still no refund. .

Excellent choice for our welly visit with two children. We choose a family deal which was great value inc. Breakfast and more. Fantastic location looking over the water and a short walk to te papa. Friendly staff, pool, very nice restaurant, excellent buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay again. .

Great stay fantastic room with a glorious view of the harbour. Buffet breakfast was also great . Close to harbour walk and buses certainly recommend this to others i talk to.

We stayed in a family room, which was great as the kids had their own beds each, and their space was seperated from ours by the bathroom. Awesome seaviews, clean and modern. We enjoyed the pool, and the great breakfast buffet. Close enough to walk to everything with kids, though one night we took a taxi home from dinner for a few dollars. Highly recommended.
