Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:A clean motel with a very comfortable huge bed. The bathroom had a strange layout and the hot water took ages to arrive. The kitchen was extremely basic but it was very clean. The location was good but we were going to work and only stayed as we were having work done at home. The place is tired but the price was good. .

Great location, lovely people, clean, tidy, well equipped, good size. Gay friendly - stayed a week, definitely recommend.

Satisfactory and within my expectation
The room is clean and they manage to accommodate six people. Unfortunately the bathroom is flooded which has caused uneasiness. Good location.

Great people to deal with, very helpful in getting me sorted. Good position too, 5 min walk to Newmarket and 5 min to Grafton train station.
