Compact self-catering holiday cottages set in peaceful bush garden surroundings in the Belmont Hills, 15 minutes from Wellington City and 5 minutes from the Hutt Valley.
Perfect for singles and couples, but can sleep extras with sofabeds and Fern Cottage has a fun kids sleeping loft accessed by ships ladder with three single mattresses (suitable for over 5's).
Fully self-contained & self-catering with full kitchen, washing machine and bath with shower over. Outdoor clothesline
Great for small families with plenty of space for kids to run around outside, swings and trampolene, bush walks and native birds.
Kids under 14 years stay free. Sleeps 2 adults plus extras.
House pets by arrangement at $10 per night.

WE had a lovely stay at Fern Cottage-it was so peaceful and quiet.It was very conveniently situated to get to Lower Hutt and onto the motorway to get into the city -but a lovely escape from all the hustle and bustle!
