Very helpful and flexible with booking changes. Unit rather tired and worn but beds, equipment, towels etc new clean and comfortable. Well placed in taupo and reasonably quiet even though central. Good for an overnight stay.

The unit was clean & comfortable & meet all of our needs & requirements.Only a couple of minor compliants, the bed is in need of replacing as its getting quite soft,both of us woke up with sore backs.The second wee niggle was the choice of milk (Yellow Calcium)not everyone's favourite i'm sure,otherwise I would still recommend.

Nice and comfortable. Great, safe courtyard for the kids. Also a good sized unit, didn't feel too crowded with the four of us!! Many thanks.

Unit was very clean and well equipped. Well situated in Taupo, close to shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet at night.
