Following is feedback posted by visitors to this property:This is my second stay at aywon motel and it is fantastic, my favourite motel in rotorua. Excellent service, clean and tidy rooms, nice and quiet. Very happy and i would recommend this motel to anyone visiting rotorua. .

Clean & tidy room - some areas like bedding all new, other areas like bathroom tired - but obviously being updated. Spa and spa area very hot, as was room so couldn't leave back door open to ventilate room. No fan in room but office was very happy to provide one when asked. Lovely to sit out in garden under umbrellas. Very quiet especially when sited just one block off the main road. So handy to all amenities and value for money.

Ok accommodation, the furnishings were nice, the heating barely coped with a moderately cool evening, no extra blankets if we had required them. There was mould in the shower which was a bit off putting.
